The end user needed to automate the management of two distinct logistics areas: a miniload warehouse dedicated to picking and order preparation of finished products handled in Eurobox containers, and a warehouse designed for the storage and handling of semi-finished goods on Europallets. The main objectives were to optimize the available storage space, both in terms of floor area and height, automate loading and unloading operations to improve operational efficiency, enhance material traceability to reduce errors and contain the costs associated with manual logistics operations.
